This monitoring report – “On the Road to the EU” – was prepared as part of the Open Society Institute’s Network Women’s Program (NWP) “Bringing the EU Home” Project. It is a three-year project (2004–2006) that aims to promote awareness, advocacy, and enforcement of equal opportunity legislation at the national level and to build the capacity of national actors in civil society to use EU-level gender equality mechanisms effectively.

Целта на овој документ (Green Paper) е да се иницира натамошна дебата за тоа како најдобро Република Македонија ќе може да си обезбеди позитивен извептај за 2008 година со препорака за отпочнување преговори.

The purpose of this Green Paper is to initiate further discussion/debate about the way the Republic of Macedonia will be able to secure a positive Progress Report for 2008 by the European Commission containing a recommendation for starting negotiations.
